The First Snow!

I have to say...I love the snow!! We awoke with trace amounts yesterday, but had to pick Caleb up early from preschool due to the acclimate weather. That didn't seem to bother Caleb...just an excuse to go out and play! As it got later, things started to pick up and now it seems like the entire town shut down today. I will say, it provided us with a great family day!!

There are all too many days when it snows at night and by morning it is all gone, so we decided that during dinner Caleb and Bethany could enjoy some time outside. This was Bethany's first time to really get to play in the snow. Last year she only got dressed up in her snow clothes and sat outside for a few brief pictures. It was very cold, but that didn't seem to stop them at all.

Caleb even insisted that Grumpy got to go out in the snow as well!

And in the process they got to enjoy a little play time with Caleb and Bethany!
