Bethany has now experienced rice cereal. She has been consistently increasing how much she is eating (up to 15 ounces before bed) and decreasing the length of sleep at night (up around 4 a.m. instead of 7 or 8 a.m.), so we decided it was time to start her on something that might sustain her longer...and she did much better than I thought. We started Caleb at 6 months and he would not eat the rice, so I have to admit I was expecting the same thing from Bethany. Boy was I wrong!
She was very excited when we put her into the highchair and full of smiles...

But when Caleb saw her in "his" chair, he didn't seem to know what to think...
All I can say is that they grow up way to quickly!!
