Halloween 2010

Preschool Harvest Party Friday + Our Savior Lutheran Harvest Party Saturday + Church and Trick-or-Treating Sunday = 3 very worn out children.
Caleb: Sheriff Woody; Bethany: a kitten (Logray); and Aidan: a frog

The OSLC Harvest Party...

Aidan and Dad

Caleb (although he was technically Sheriff Woody this year, he wanted to wear his Buzz Lightyear gear for the Harvest Party. This tended to be a good thing...it guaranteed that his Sheriff Woody costume would be clean for trick-or-treating!)

Bethany

Caleb, Aidan and Dad. This was a put-put challenge...Caleb chose to do it shuffle-board style!

Bethany admiring another girls wings...after the girl left, Bethany chased after her declaring that she was wearing her costume!

Aidan and DadCaleb, Bethany and MomBethany was a little distracted during the costume judging...but I don't blame her. It took a while!None of us won, but it was fun seeing all the costumes.

Trick-or-Treating...

Pop and Grandma Keiper came over to hand out candy with Aidan to all the neighbor kids while Caleb and Bethany went trick-or-treating.

It took some convincing to get Bethany to get her costume on. She was more interested in watching Mickey Mouse.Once Bethany realized she got to have her flashlight if she got dressed, it took no time to get her ready!

It is amazing how social Bethany has become. There were a couple houses that the person answering the dooor was greeted with a hug and other houses we had to hold Bethany back from making herself at home and going inside to greet their animals!
