Pumpkin Patch Fun

Second-Annual Maris Farms trip...
Wherever we go, Bethany always stops to pick up as many leaves as she can carry.

Bethany loved the tractors. She kept coming back to them over and over again!

New, this year, was a large pipe suspended from poles that swung slightly side-to-side that the kids could crawl through. Bethany crawled, Caleb joined a group of girls and just sat at one end begging the adults to swing it.

Bethany was able to enjoy the water duck race, or at least the ducks!

The cow train was an adventure. Bethany decided she wanted to sit in a cow as well. She was very excited and even waved to everyone...until she saw mom staying behind and her going. All of a sudden she started screaming. I was blessed with the chore of running along beside the train until I caught the drivers' attention and he stopped to let me get Bethany off. She was fine as soon as I got her and was immediately off to play on the other toys.
Now you see Bethany...
...now you don't!

They both enjoyed the corn room. Bethany didn't venture much past the front hay bales, but seemed to enjoy the few minutes she spent in there.

These bulls were meant for roping, but who says you can't ride them as well?

The bounce house is always a hit!

After we played for a while (what seemed like hours) we were off to explore...

Caleb and Pop enjoying an old car and a moment out of the rain.

The corn maze was a little over Caleb and Bethany's heads when it came to actually answering questions to determine the direction to follow, but we had a great walk anyway!

Just outside of the corn maze we came across the most magnetic find at the farm...mud puddles! I still haven't been able to get the mud out of Bethany's pants, but I just couldn't pull them away. They were a lot of fun to watch playing together!

Next came trekking through the pumpkin patch...

We ended our day with a hay ride... Once again, another blessed day full of family and fun!
